Suzy was born in Surrey and completed art foundation at Brighton Polytechnic followed by graphic design at Goldsmiths' College, London, in the late seventies. She has had a career as a graphic designer working in point of sale, advertising and publishing.

Suzy's latest collection illustrated above expresses her creativity and individuality beyond the boundaries of reality, resulting in a series of powerful abstract paintings. In order to produce these abstracts, she has transferred her skills acquired from traditional representational painting.
Suzy mostly works in acrylic and mixed media.

Previous collections have included large scale magnified close–ups of flowers, a series of larger than life exotic fruits, colourful, bold abstracts inspired by Gaudi's Park Guell in Barcelona and a collection of 'glimpses' based on the world famous gardens at Hampton Court Palace. These collections and more can be viewed on Suzy's website which she designed, built and maintains herself.

Suzy is motivated by constantly challenging herself with new ideas and techniques in order to grow and develop as an artist.
