A Translation of Nature
Suzy Abrahams and Kathy Miller

Fountain Gallery members Suzy Abrahams and Kathy Miller exhibit together for the first time, painting aspects of nature using their own specialist techniques. Suzy presents a new collection of magnified close-ups inspired by leaves and flowers. She has transferred the subject matter into powerful, exciting abstract images painted in her familiar acrylic and mixed media style. Kathy exhibits paintings based on plants and trees in her unique dot and brushstroke technique as well as some of her beautiful and detailed wildlife portraits. Wood turner Jeff Cordrey's beautifully crafted bowls, platters and vases complement their paintings.
