Adrienne's work continues to be inspired by her trip to Australia at the end of 2006. "I found the work of many Aboriginal artists both inspiring and very moving" she says."Not only for the ability to convey their story, but also the beauty of their images".

Adrienne's new work - oils on canvas - reflects her fascination with 'mark-making', not in the style of the Aboriginal painters, but as an instinctive means of expression in itself. "I have explored some of the kinds of marks that it is possible to use, in order to build up a series of abstract images."

The exhibition is shared with painter Jim Woodman, photographer Lin Osborn, and sculptor Paul Badenaden.
